Warranty Terms

The warranty is valid within Poland and applies to INEX products purchased and installed in Poland.
Warranty liability covers defects caused by material or manufacturing faults.
Before installation, products should be stored in dry, ventilated areas, protected from direct sunlight.
Claims must be submitted in writing to the company where the purchase was made.
A valid purchase invoice is required to file warranty claims.
The Seller is not liable for damages to the Buyer’s or third-party property other than the warranted product.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the defective product.

Warranty Period

Warranty for proper product functionality is 24 months from the purchase date, provided the product is used as intended.
Anti-corrosion resistance is guaranteed for 24 months only in corrosion categories C1, C2, and C3.
Unprotected cut edges or cuts made during installation within 10 mm from the cutting line are excluded from warranty.
Color changes, lock and hinge accessories of gates and wickets, handles, screws, nuts, and plastic components are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty is valid only if products are installed at temperatures above 0°C and used between -20°C and 40°C.
Warranty does not cover mechanical damages caused by dynamic forces, improper storage, transport, external forces, incorrect installation, or misuse.
Warranty excludes damages resulting from intentional actions.
Warranty applies only if products are used in normal environmental conditions without exposure to aggressive substances.
Warranty is void if the product is installed in highly aggressive environments.
For products installed near industrial areas, warranty period is 12 months.
Products used closer than 3000 meters to the seashore are not covered by warranty.

Warranty Services

All manufacturing and material defects will be repaired within 60 days from the date the claim is accepted.
After this period, the Seller’s responsibility expires.
Warranty services include repair or price reduction, not exceeding the value of the defective product.
Claims under warranty or statutory liability cannot exceed the value of the defective products.
Buyer must record any damage, defects, or incomplete deliveries with the delivery person by signing a quality and quantity report.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is not valid in case of misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect of maintenance.
Damages caused by external factors such as fire, water, salts, acids, solvents, alcohols, abrasive substances (e.g., cement, lime, cleaning agents) causing material loss or scratches are excluded.
Warranty does not cover damages from weather anomalies, natural disasters, or other random events.
Repairs, modifications, or structural changes made by the Buyer or third parties void the warranty.
Installation performed by unqualified persons or not in accordance with instructions voids warranty.
Repairs done by unauthorized persons are excluded from warranty.
Drilling holes in products by Buyer or third parties voids warranty.
Color changes, minor unevenness of galvanized surfaces, or „white rust” due to natural zinc oxidation are not grounds for claims.
Disturbances in automatic device operation caused by strong magnetic fields from nearby energy or radio devices are not covered.
Use of spare parts not original or not approved by the manufacturer voids warranty.
Products manufactured on individual order are non-returnable.
Claims regarding self-supporting gates where counterweight falls proportionally (1cm per meter of gate length) are excluded.

Additional Notes

Unjustified claims will incur costs to the claimant.
To speed up claim processing, a photo of the defect with description is required.
Claims made after warranty expiry are not accepted.
Filing a claim does not extend payment deadlines.
Buyer or authorized person must accept delivered goods quantitatively and qualitatively with a clear signature.
Delivery or pickup by carrier transfers risk of loss or damage to Buyer upon receipt.
On hot-dip galvanized elements without paint coating, zinc deposits up to 0.5 cm are allowed.
Dimensional tolerance of ±10% is permitted.
Tolerance for wire thickness with coatings is ±0.4 mm (average of at least ten measurements). For 2D/2DS panels, tolerance is ±0.5 mm.
Tolerance for profile wall thickness with coatings is ±0.35 mm (average of at least five measurements).
Distortions caused by welding, galvanizing, and powder coating are allowed.
Technological holes in profiles are allowed.
If Buyer fails to pick up goods from the Seller’s premises for reasons beyond Seller’s control, Seller is not obliged to resend the goods. Buyer must collect from Seller’s warehouse.
Warranty applies only if installation follows instructions and construction standards.
Anti-corrosion warranty excludes fittings, lock and hinge accessories, and electrical equipment.
Warranty applies only to defective products separable from defect-free products.
Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit or business losses.
Goods are considered accepted and free from defects upon delivery.
Installation instructions, declarations of conformity, and certificates are available at INEX sales points.
Buyer covers costs of dismantling and reinstalling products during warranty claims.
Buyer is responsible for dismantling and preparing defective goods for return.
Seller’s liability is limited to 100% of the value of the defective goods.

In matters not regulated by the provisions of the general terms of sale, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Payment Terms in Commercial Transactions (Journal of Laws No. 139 of 08.03.2013) shall apply.

Declaration

I, the Client – a natural person, hereby give consent to the processing of my personal data due to my interest in concluding a sales agreement with the company INEX Igor Pietrzak, headquartered in Płońsk.

I consent to the processing by the Administrator – Igor Pietrzak, owner of the company INEX Igor Pietrzak, headquartered in Płońsk (Tax ID: 527 240 35 94), of the personal data provided by me, necessary to conclude a sales agreement for the company’s products.

At the same time, I declare that I am aware of the voluntary nature of providing this data and that I have been informed about my right to access my data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
