To enhance panel rigidity, additional horizontal reinforcements are applied in the form of pressed V-shaped bends (the number of bends depends on the panel height and ranges from 2 to 4). Galvanized Panels
All panels in our standard offer are finished using hot-dip galvanizing. This process provides excellent corrosion protection, as the steel and zinc form a durable alloy layer visible as a uniform zinc coating on the surface. The resulting finish not only enhances the aesthetic appearance of the panel but also serves as highly effective anti-corrosion protection.
Galvanized and Powder-Coated Panels
Upon request, we offer powder coating in any color from the RAL palette. This process further improves durability by preventing the zinc layer from oxidizing. As a result, the panels are even better protected against corrosion and have a more refined and attractive appearance.
