SOLID LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR BUILDING A FENCE
Start by determining the desired height of the fence while taking into account neighboring properties. In some cases, filing a construction notice with the local authorities may be required.
According to the applicable procedures, a fence must meet the following conditions:

Notification to the relevant architectural and construction authority

Driveway gates and pedestrian gates must open inward (towards the property)

The fence must not pose a threat to the safety of people or animals

Compliance with regulations set by the local zoning plan

The authority has 30 days to respond to the notification

In case of an objection, the investor has 14 days to appeal after receiving the notice
As per Article 49b of the Building Law, the building control authority may order the demolition of an unlawfully built fence or set a deadline for its legalization.
